Texas Law has changed allowing food managers to simply take the Food Manager Certification Exam and NOT be required to attend a 15-hour Course. To help you prepare for the exam, we have developed this on-line self study course for you to use before taking the Food Manager Certification Exam. This certification meets the Texas State requirements anywhere in the State of Texas and is good for six years. (Three two-year certificates.) The exam is given by Thornhill Training, a division of the Food Management Institute, LLC located in Austin, Texas.

English and Spanish: To further help you prepare for the exam, we have also developed a one-day accelerated-learning course in both English and Spanish.
